we all know how the saying goes, "Find a penny, pick it up all day long, you'll have good luck! Put the penny in your shoe, and good luck will come to you!"

so today i came across a penny and noticed it there on the gravel in the seven-11 parking lot. it looked like it had been run over and picked on, so i let it lay. then on the way to the car that penny started screaming at me. no really it was screaming at the top of it's little copper lungs. just like those sleep aid commercials it seemed like Lincoln had come to life and was chasing me down. so i listened to the voice.
